Shipping info

General info

The Customer can track the shipment using the courier tracking code that the Seller will send via e-mail. The same code will be available in the Personal Profile.
The orders not delivered will be sent back to the warehouse.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade, the Seller ship all orders with official invoice stating the value of each items in Euros. For item on sale, the invoice lists discount prices.
Starting from the shipment date, the Customer can consider for the delivery:
1-2 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicilia, Sardegna and islands)
4-5 working days for the European Union
8-10 working days for Extra European Union.

The shipments for Russian Federation could be subjected to delays on deliveries causing by Custom procedures not estimable in advance and not imputable neither to the Seller either to FedEx courier service.
During sales and promotion time, the Seller ships all orders in chronological sequence: there will be delayed shipments up to 4 days more.
The Seller insures all shipments against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment arrives at destination, insurance loses its effectiveness.
The Seller requires a signature for orders delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the Customer. The person who signs for the package confirms receipt and he is accountable for the package.
The Customer must verify the delivering parcel before to sign as delivery confirmation. If the parcel is damaged (or if it seems damaged), the Customer can refuse the delivery or can accept it with reserve. Then the Customer must inform the Eleventy Customer Care (customercareweb@eleventymilano.it). The shipments not delivered are sent back to the Seller: the Seller has the right to charge all fee and services costs to the Customer.

Shipping documents

According to International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, the Seller ships all orders with an official invoice, declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.
It is illegal to declare lower values or to request the items as gifts. The Seller links the check bill for each invoice.
For sale products, the amount on the invoice declares the discounted prices.
For Customers resident outside the European Community, the total invoice’s amount will be calculated exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax and adding the shipment fees.

Shipment in Italy

For the shipment in Italy, the Seller uses GLS courier.
The cost of shipments in Italy is of 8 Eur. .
The delivery times include only working days and not the holidays.
The Seller ships all orders correctly received by 1 (one) working day starting from the day of the order.
The courier does not deliver to PO boxes. The courier delivers only during working days. The Customer cannot book or agree on the delivery time: this time service is not available.

Shipment in other countries

The Customer can select the Country of shipment in the cart, during the purchasing procedure.
The Seller uses TNT and FedEx as courier service for the Extra Italy shipments, according to its internal rules.
The Seller can use only FedEx for the shipments in Russian Federation.
The shipments for Russian Federation could take up to 15/20 working days. If Custom keeps the parcels for any checking procedures, the delivery could happen with a delay not estimable in advance and not imputable neither to the Seller either to the courier service.

Shipments destined outside the European Community are subject to import fees based on the Customer’s home country regulations for the return as well. The payment of these is necessary to release the order from Customs and are sole responsibility of the customers. The Seller is unable to inform in advance the Customer about the fee, that change according to Countries law and rules. For more details, the Seller suggests the Customer to contact the closest Custom office or the Custom broker.
